STRUCTURE OF THE DEVICE

- Outer tube, consisting of two aluminium half tubes

- Free-standing hydraulic group, consisting of:
- Oil tank with max. capacity 120 litres
- Large filter system with strainer basket
- Flow regulator, feed rate adjustable from 50 - 200 mm/s.
- Safety valve and pressure regulating valve (from 0.8 - 5 bar)
- External motor with screw pump 200 - 460 Volt, 50/60 Hz,
Power 1.1 kW, control voltage 24 V direct current.

- Oil drip tray with oil drain hose ø 1½“

- Electrical control in separate metal switch box, with selector switch
switch and controlled retraction of the push rod.

- Electromechanical rod limit switch, fitted inside the pipe.

- Rear support leg, double column and support with indexing ring

- Front support leg with double column and support for swivelling out the
tube, with movable arm, swivelling range max. 850 mm.
